Easy Eaton's Hot Pepper Chicken

| 1 medium sized Onion, grated |
| 1 teaspoon minced Garlic |
| 1 tablespoon Butter or Margarine |
| 2 tablespoons Tomato Puree |
| 1 tablespoons Vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon Eaton's Crushed Pepper Sauce |
| 1½ teaspoons ground Allspice |
| 1 - 1.5 kg. Chicken pieces |
| Salt and Pepper to taste |

| Combine all ingredients except chicken to make a marinade. Add chicken and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours. |

| Bake chicken in marinade at 180°C/350°F for 1 hour or until cooked.
Serve with yellow rice and enjoy! |
